The National Association of Co-operative Officials (NACO) has in excess of 1,500 members in the Co-operative Group at the managerial and professional level and welcomes the announcement that the Co-operative Group has exchanged contracts to purchase Somerfield.

We will monitor developments over the forthcoming months and, at the appropriate juncture, look forward to the opportunity of working closely with both the Co-operative Group and Somerfield management teams as they integrate the businesses.
